I missed the previous #sailormoonchallenge (I am so bad at jumping the bandwagon), and in the beginning I was about to do the original one, even if I thought I was out of time. Then, searching on the internet, I found this other redraw challenge with Black Lady Chibiusa (tbh, the only Chibiusa form that I like). And it's so "Halloween", so "goth" themed, som "me", that I felt like I had to do this one more than the other one!
